Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Executive to manage and monitor SafeCloak digital lockers installed at various locations across Bangalore.

The selected candidate will be responsible for regular site visits, checking locker operations, handling basic troubleshooting, assisting customers when required, and coordinating with the SafeCloak Operations and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit assigned SafeCloak locker locations across Bangalore.
- Inspect lockers and ensure all boxes, doors, locks, displays and related equipment are functioning properly.
- Check the physical condition and cleanliness of the lockers.
- Identify damaged, faulty or non-functional lockers and report them immediately.
- Perform basic troubleshooting as per SafeCloak guidelines.
- Assist customers with basic digital locker usage and access-related issues.
- Support customers with issues related to locker opening/closing, OTP, booking or other basic operational problems.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support and Technical teams for issues that cannot be resolved at the site.
- Coordinate with location staff/security whenever required for smooth locker operations.
- Support technical teams during installation, maintenance, repair and replacement activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update the Operations team regarding site status.
- Share photographs and details of any technical or operational issues identified during visits.
- Monitor recurring locker issues and report them to the concerned team.




- Ensure SafeCloak instructions and customer-facing information are properly maintained at the site.
- Handle other field operations responsibilities assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; ITI/Diploma or technical qualification will be an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, technical support, maintenance, facility management or a similar role.
- Freshers with positive technical knowledge and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and basic English.
- Willingness to travel to different SafeCloak locations across Bangalore.
- Should be punctual, responsible and comfortable working independently.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Working Conditions
- This is a field-based position.
- The candidate will be required to visit multiple SafeCloak locker locations across Bangalore.
- Working hours may be rotational and based on operational requirements.
- Weekly off may be rotational depending on business requirements.
- The employee may be required to travel to additional locations whenever operationally required.
