Overview

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience supporting network infrastructure, audiovisual (AV) systems, workplace technology, or related technical environments.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Paychex India corporate locations as required.
- Educational background in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable, power, and technology infrastructure.
- Experience supporting network hardware, personal computers (PCs), mobile devices, and AV technologies in a corporate environment.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Experience supporting office relocations,



workplace remodels, technology refreshes, or infrastructure deployment projects.
- Knowledge of structured cabling, data networking, voice systems, and enterprise technology support.
- Experience working with uninterruptible power supply (UPS), generator systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) monitoring equipment.
- Familiarity with asset management, hardware deployment, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, implementation plans, and support procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different locations.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving workplace technologies.
