Role Description The Field Collection Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nirsa. The individual in this role will visit customers in person to collect outstanding dues, verify payment details, and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. Daily tasks include following up on overdue accounts, explaining repayment options, addressing customer queries, and providing clear information on financial obligations.

The role involves coordinating with the internal finance and customer service teams, maintaining organized records of field visits and collections,



and complying with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Field Collection

Agent is expected to uphold qualified conduct, prioritize customer experience, and work towards meeting collection targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong debt collection and cash collection skills for managing overdue accounts and field payments.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact with customers respectfully and clearly.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of finance to explain repayment terms and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess good time management and organizational skills to plan visits, track collections, and report outcomes.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in the field and adapt to varying customer and market conditions.
- Relevant experience in collections, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
- Comfort with using mobile apps or digital tools for logging visits and payments is preferred.
