Job Summary

We are looking for a Fiber Connectivity Engineer to handle fiber broadband installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer connectivity activities across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and maintain FTTH / FTTx fiber connections.
- Perform fiber cable laying, splicing, termination, and testing.
- Install and configure ONU/ONT and customer-premises equipment.
- Troubleshoot fiber cuts, signal loss, and connectivity issues.
- Attend customer service complaints and restore connectivity.
- Conduct current broadband installations and service activations.
- Coordinate with NOC, installation, and service teams for technical issues.
- Maintain installation, fault, and daily field activity records.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Telecom, Electronics, Networking, or related field.
- 1–11 years of experience in FTTH, Fiber Optics, ISP, or Telecom preferred.




- Basic knowledge of fiber splicing, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
