We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused F&B; Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained.
- Check guest satisfaction during the meal and respond to requests promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals.
- Follow hotel standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and F&B; service standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
