Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests professionally and courteously.
- Assist guests with seating, menu information, and basic queries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and guest areas.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables as per café standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and service team for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and concerns politely and escalate issues to the senior team when required.
- Maintain proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene, food safety,



and service standards.
- Assist the team during busy hours, events, and special functions.
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the café.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
