Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) records for machines and equipment.

- Plan and monitor spare parts availability to support production and maintenance activities.

- Handle OSS (Operational Support System / On-Site Support) planning and coordination.

- Coordinate equipment transfer, installation, and relocation activities.

- Support machine retrofit projects and equipment upgrades.

- Manage procurement of machine spare parts, tools, and consumables as per operational requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective and timely sourcing.

- Oversee onsite vendor activities and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline commitments.

- Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate for timely Purchase Order (PO) release and material delivery.

- Track order status, validate invoices, and maintain accurate documentation for audit compliance.





- Support execution and monitoring of CAPEX projects including machine installation and upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10-14years of experience in procurement, plant maintenance, or manufacturing environment.

- Robust knowledge of industrial machinery spare parts and tools.

- Experience in handling PR/PO processes and vendor coordination.

- Exposure to CAPEX projects such as machine installation or upgrades.

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) and MS Excel.

- Good negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
