We are looking for a fashion consultant to join our team in Balewadi, Pune .

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, enjoys interacting with customers, has a good eye for styling, and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Styling & Customer Consultation

- Understand customers' requirements, occasions and personal style.
- Recommend outfits and complete looks based on their preferences, body type and occasion.
- Assist customers with trials, fittings and styling.
- Stay updated with current fashion and occasion-wear trends.

2. Sales

- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into bookings/sales.
- Build robust relationships with customers and provide a personalised shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers and enquiries to drive conversions.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.

3. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly organised.
- Coordinate inward/outward movement of garments and accessories.
- Track availability, returns, damages, and missing items.
- Ensure the store and inventory are maintained to a high standard.

4. Store Branding & Marketing

- Help maintain the visual presentation and overall look of the store.
- Support in-store branding, displays, and merchandising.




- Assist with local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Contribute ideas for social media/content and store-level marketing.

5. Order Management

- Manage customer orders from booking to dispatch/collection and return.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, pickups and returns.
- Ensure orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest and passion for fashion and styling .
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of fashion, colours, silhouettes and styling.
- Sales-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, particularly with inventory and order management.
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, sales, luxury retail or occasion wear is preferred.
