Role Overview:

We’re looking for a design-focused, trend-savvy Boutique Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design development, customer styling, and boutique coordination and will also play a key role in presenting our brand on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research emerging fashion trends, fabrics, and color palettes.
- Create sketches and develop women’s wear collections aligned with the boutique’s vision.
- Coordinate with tailors and production teams to ensure design quality and fit.
- Interact with customers to understand preferences and create customized looks.
- Oversee client fittings and ensure a refined final finish.
- Plan and coordinate visual merchandising of collections.
- Handle social media content — styling shoots, posting new designs, responding to inquiries,



and engaging with the audience.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion and lifestyle trends to keep our collections and posts fresh.

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong sense of style, creativity, and garment construction knowledge.
- Up-to-date with both Indian ethnic and Western wear trends.
- Positive communication and customer interaction skills.
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Instagram and other social platforms for brand promotion.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (manual sketching or digital) is an advantage.
