KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

- Plan, organize and supervise daily open farming operations including planting, cultivation, and harvesting

evelop crop schedules and rotation plans to maximize yield and soil health
- Manage irrigation, fertilization, and pest/weed control programs
- Supervise, train and allocate tasks to farm labourers and field staff
- Monitor crop growth and quality, addressing issues promptly
- Maintain and oversee proper use of farm machinery, tools and equipment
- Manage farm budgets, input procurement, and cost control
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations




- Coordinate with management on production targets and reporting

- Strong knowledge of open farming / crop production practices
- Leadership and workforce supervision skills
- Budgeting and resource planning
- Problem-solving and decision-making under field conditions
- Record-keeping and basic reporting skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹2,520,000.00 per month
