About Anode Lighting Private Limited

Anode Lighting Private Limited is a growing lighting manufacturing company focused on developing innovative, high-quality decorative and architectural lighting products.

As we establish and expand our new manufacturing facility, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Factory Operations & Business Development Manager who can take ownership of building and developing our complete internal operations, production systems, and business growth initiatives.

This is a key leadership position for someone who wants to build systems, introduce new ideas, and play an important role in growing a manufacturing organization from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable professional with robust experience in Factory Operations, Production, Product Development, and Manufacturing Management.

The candidate should be able to independently establish and manage internal factory operations, improve production processes, coordinate across departments, develop new products, and contribute to the overall growth and development of Anode Lighting.

Experience in Lighting Manufacturing, Electrical Products, Electrical Fixtures, Architectural Products, or a related manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesFactory Operations & Production

- Take complete ownership of day-to-day factory operations.
- Establish and develop effective internal operational processes and systems.
- Plan, monitor, and improve production activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, design, purchase, stores, quality, and management.
- Develop SOPs and operational processes for the new factory.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Develop systems for inventory, material planning, production tracking, and reporting.

Product Development & Innovation
- Contribute new ideas for developing innovative lighting and electrical products.
- Understand lighting products, components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Work with the design team on new product development.




- Review and understand product drawings and technical specifications.
- Provide practical manufacturing input during product development.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and cost optimization.
- Research new materials, technologies, manufacturing methods, and market trends.
- Support prototype development, testing, and production implementation.

Organization Development & Growth
- Help build and develop the internal structure of the new factory.
- Create scalable processes and systems as the organization grows.
- Coordinate closely with management on factory strategy and expansion.
- Take ownership of assigned operations from planning through implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business operations and profitability.
- Develop new processes that support long-term business growth.
- Bring new ideas and practical solutions to improve the organization.
- Work as a key link between management, design, production, and operations.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in Factory Operations, Production Management, Manufacturing, or Product Development.
- Experience in Lighting Manufacturing, Electrical Products, Electrical Fixtures, Electronics, Architectural Products, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in setting up or developing factory operations and internal systems.
- Experience managing production teams and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to independently take ownership and drive projects from concept to implementation.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, inventory, and process improvement.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and product drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other product/design drawing software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to bring innovative ideas for product and process development.
- Experience working in a growing or developing manufacturing organization will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing,



or a related field.
- Additional experience in Product Development or Manufacturing Engineering is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking complete ownership, working closely with management, and building a strong manufacturing operation for the future.

Salary

₹12–15 LPA, depending on experience and expertise.
