Job Responsibilities:

· Handle overall factory operations including production and labor management.

· Ensure quality standards are met in manufacturing processes.

· Supervise and train factory staff.

· Manage inventory and supply chain logistics.

· Implement safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

· Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary.

· Prepare reports on production metrics and staff performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
