About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations. Work in factory workplace, managing workers, coordinating production activities and maintaining discipline, quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day factory/production activities.
- Allocate work to workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with management regarding production requirements, manpower and operational issues.
- Ensure proper handling, movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods.




- Monitor production quality and ensure that products meet the required standards.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and safety standards within the factory.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain basic production, attendance, inventory and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams whenever required.
- Ensure machines and equipment are being operated properly and safely.
- Train and guide workers on work procedures and safety practices.
- Report production status, issues and requirements to the management on a regular basis.
- Take responsibility for the overall smooth functioning of the factory floor.
