- Provide primary and emergency medical care to employees and contract workers.
- Conduct periodic medical examinations and health surveillance as per Mines Rules and Factories Act requirements.
- Manage occupational health programs, first aid facilities, and medical records.
- Handle workplace injuries, illness cases, and medical emergencies.
- Conduct health awareness programs and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with DGMS, Factory Medical, and occupational health regulations.
