About Us:

Verritas Furniture Private Limited is a 25-year-old sofa manufacturing group supplying leading OEM partners and 250+ dealers across India. We are setting up a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Bengaluru and are hiring experienced Supervisors to lead our shop floor operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for 10 Supervisors to oversee daily line operations at our Bengaluru facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and quality-compliant output across assigned lines, managing workers, and coordinating with other departments to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the assembly line
- Ensure targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Allocate manpower across line stations (carpentry, spring/gunny belting, foaming, upholstery, fitting, QC, packing)
- Monitor material flow and raw material availability at the line; escalate shortages
- Train, guide, and manage line workers; enforce safety and discipline on the floor




- Conduct quality checks at each stage and report defects/rework
- Maintain records, daily output reports, and shift handover notes
- Coordinate with QC, stores, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve line issues
- Ensure compliance with factory safety norms and housekeeping standards
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Line Supervisor in a furniture, upholstery, garment, or similar manufacturing setup preferred
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent; graduates also welcome
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting
- Ability to work in shifts and manage a team of workers
- Kannada/Hindi/English communication preferred

Experience: 2–5 years in a factory/supervisory role

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
