Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to manage day-to-day factory operations, production activities, manpower, safety, inventory, machines and overall workflow. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing a workforce of at least 50 employees, including a majority of unskilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 50+ factory manpower, primarily unskilled workers and ensure proper manpower allocation.
- Handle overall factory workflow and daily production operations smoothly.
- Prepare production planning as per customer orders, priorities and delivery schedules.
- Manage order-wise production and supply chain planning to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods stock and coordinate with stores/purchase as required.
- Ensure strict implementation of safety protocols, PPE and safe working practices. Safety is our top priority.
- Monitor machines, moulds, tools and equipment and ensure timely repair and regular preventive maintenance.
- Plan and manage two-shift operations effectively and be available across shifts whenever required.
- Maintain production quality, discipline,



housekeeping and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Sales and Dispatch teams for smooth factory operations.
- Handle worker-related issues, attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action to achieve

production targets efficiently. Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in factory, production, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience in handling 50+ manpower.
- Should be comfortable managing a workforce consisting largely of unskilled workers.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower planning, inventory control and factory operations.
- Good understanding of machines, moulds, tools, repairs and regular maintenance.
- Strong focus on workplace safety and safety protocol compliance.
- Ability to independently manage two-shift operations.
- Strong leadership, discipline, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Should be physically and professionally capable of handling factory operations and staying on-site/at the factory when operational requirements demand.
- Candidate should have a mature and practical approach with sufficient experience to independently handle factory responsibilities.

Pay: ₹12,376.34 - ₹62,278.77 per month
