Role Description The Factory Floor Supervisor / Inventory Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. This role oversees day-to-day production floor activities — monitoring workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating with production staff to meet output targets. The position manages inventory operations including receiving materials, tracking stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and organizing storage to support timely production.





The role involves working closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. The individual may also assist in training floor staff on processes and documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide regular production and inventory reports to management.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in factory floor supervision and/or inventory management — highly beneficial
- Experience in inventory management, and adherence to safety practices
- Communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Training and coaching skills to guide floor staff, promote compliance with procedures, and support skill development
- Sales-related awareness to understand product requirements, delivery timelines, and customer expectations impacting production and inventory
- Ability to use inventory management software or ERP systems, plus proficiency with basic MS Office/Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, supply chain, or a related field preferred
