Hiring – Factory Manager
Location: KASEZ, Gandhidham (Kutch), Gujarat
Industry: Manufacturing
CTC: ₹14 – ₹16 LPA
Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production Engineering
Experience: 12–15 Years (Minimum 5 Years as Factory/Works Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete factory operations management (Production, Quality, Manpower & Compliance)
- Production planning, productivity improvement & cost control
- Workforce handling (100–150 employees) and team leadership
- ISO 9001, SA8000, Safety & Statutory Compliance management
- Coordination with Government Authorities, Audits & Export Operations
