Role Description:



LuckyBrass is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth, efficient production.

Key Requirements

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing/processes

Good understanding of factory operations, production, manpower management and workflow

Solid leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage day-to-day factory activities efficiently
