Job Title: Technical Facility Manager – High-Rise Residential Society Department: Facility Management Experience: 2 years in technical facility management, preferably in high-rise residential societies.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Facility Manager to manage and supervise all technical & operations of a high-rise residential society, ensuring smooth, secure, and uninterrupted facility services. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily technical operations and maintenance of the society. Supervise STP, WTP, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, Lifts, HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, HVAC, Pumps, and Plumbing Systems .

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage technical staff, contractors, and vendors.



Ensure proper equipment records, AMC schedules, and maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with electrical, fire & safety, and statutory requirements.

Handle technical complaints and coordinate with residents/client representatives. Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely resolution. Maintain safety, service quality, and operational standards.

Required

SkillsStrong technical knowledge of MEP and building services. Good manpower and vendor management skills. Knowledge of statutory and safety compliance. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. High-rise residential society experience preferred.
