Job Title: Facility Supervisor – Banquets

About the Role

Looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Supervisor – Banquets to oversee the smooth functioning, maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness of banquet facilities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service staff to ensure that all banquet areas are operational, safe, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day facility operations across banquet and event areas.
- Ensure banquet halls, common areas, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained properly.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other facility systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure facilities are prepared and operational before every event.
- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of banquet areas.
- Identify facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with banquet, housekeeping, security, and operations teams during events.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, electrical, and facility-related standards.
- Monitor the availability and condition of facility equipment and essential utilities.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns or operational emergencies during events.




- Support the management team in improving facility efficiency and reducing operational downtime.

Required Skills

Eligibility

- 1–2 years of relevant experience , preferably in a hotel, banquet hall, catering company, hospitality facility, or commercial property.
- Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Hospitality, or a related discipline .
- Candidates with hands-on facility/maintenance supervision experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during events as required.
