Role Description The Facade Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the design, coordination, and execution of facade systems for building and infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves overseeing facade engineering activities from concept through installation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Daily tasks include reviewing design drawings and calculations, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, suppliers, and contractors, and resolving technical issues at site.





The role also involves supervising facade installation, conducting inspections and quality checks, preparing progress reports, and supporting cost and material optimization.

The Facade Project

Engineer will collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure productive delivery and adherence to Tata Projects’ quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials, structural behavior, and building envelope performance.
- Experience in working with architectural and engineering drawings, design coordination, and façade detailing.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, facade analysis tools) and MS Office.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, site supervision, quality control, and safety standards for facade works.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications in facade engineering are an advantage.
- Prior experience in facade engineering or building envelope projects, preferably in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to project schedules and budget constraints.
