Mech Techno Facade Solutionss (MTFS) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Facade Site Engineers to join our growing team and work on prestigious façade projects across India.

? Experience: 3–8 Years

? Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering

? Industry: Façade / Building Envelope / Architectural Aluminium Systems

Key Responsibilities

✅ Site execution and supervision of façade works

✅ Material planning, reconciliation, and inventory control

✅ Coordination with Client, PMC, Architect, Consultants & Internal Design Team

✅ Monitoring project quality, safety, and construction schedules

✅ Site measurements, quantity verification, and progress reporting

✅ Preparation and certification support for Client RA Bills

✅ Subcontractor billing verification and certification

✅ Subcontractor management, deployment planning, productivity monitoring,



and work allocation

✅ Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

✅ Coordination for material procurement and site logistics

✅ Ensuring work execution as per approved shop drawings and specifications

Preferred Technical Skills

✔ Experience in Unitized Glazing, Semi-Unitized Systems, Structural Glazing, ACP Cladding, Stone Cladding, Metal Cladding, Louvers, Railings, and Architectural Metal Works

✔ Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction drawings

✔ Knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BOQ management, and material reconciliation

✔ Strong subcontractor and workforce management skills

✔ Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Computer Skills (Mandatory)

? Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Material Tracking, Billing Sheets & MIS Reports)

? Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review and quantity extraction

? Proficient in MS Word & PowerPoint for reports, presentations, and MOM preparation

? Experience with ERP / Project Management Software for material tracking and billing

? Ability to prepare Project Progress Reports, DPRs, Material Reconciliation Reports, RA Billing Statements, and Cost Tracking Sheets

? Knowledge of Google Sheets, PDF Editing Tools, and Digital Documentation Systems
