Export Sales Co-ordinator

Experience: 7-10 years

Qualification: Engineering Graduates with 7 to 10 years of experience as an Export Sales Co-Ordinator or Business Co-Ordinator in an Export trading or manufacturing company.

Age: Between 35- 40 Yrs

Employment: Full Time - Permanent

What We Are Looking For

Smart Energetic Graduates with 7 to 10 years of experience as an Export Sales Co- Ordinator or Business Co-Ordinator in a trading or manufacturing company dealing with export operations.

Should be a BE/ BTech- Mechanical/ Industrial Engineer

Should possess the following skills

- Export Documentation: The ability to accurately prepare and review commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists and shipping documentation.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multi-tasking skills to handle several shipments, client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High precision when inputting data and handling compliance paperwork to prevent costly border delays or legal penalties.
- Communication and Diplomacy: Explicit, professional interaction with global clients, freight forwarders and cross-functional internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset to swiftly resolve shipping bottlenecks, customs holds or supply chain disruptions.
- Trade Compliance and Regulations:



A solid understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, licensing requirements and Incoterms (International Commercial Terms).
- Software Proficiency: Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and shipment tracking software.
- Foreign Language Fluency: Strong proficiency in English, alongside other languages relevant to target international markets to minimize communication errors.
