Role Description The Merchandise Manager will oversee day-to-day merchandising operations for client projects in Gurugram in a full-time, in office capacity. This role includes planning and managing product assortments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.

The Merchandise

Manager will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align merchandising strategies with market trends, promotional activities, and client objectives.





Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, preparing reports, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and coordinating with suppliers or stakeholders to support timely replenishment. The role also involves building strong communication channels with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans and consistent achievement of performance targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support high-quality client interactions and ensure a positive end-user experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand sales performance, support merchandising initiatives, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Assortment skills to plan, track, and optimize stock levels and product mix.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, prior experience in merchandising or retail operations, and a strong attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field and the ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis are preferred.
