Export Executive – Rubber Manufacturing

Location: Bhayandar, Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or International Trade

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Export Executive with experience in rubber products/manufacturing to manage end-to-end export operations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete export processes, from order execution to port delivery.
- Prepare export documents including Invoice, Packing List, COO, Shipping Bill, BL, and LC documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, Customs, production, and QC teams.
- Manage overseas customer communication and shipment updates.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, Customs procedures, and INCOTERMS.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience handling/monitoring a team of at least 3 members.

Preferred: Experience in rubber products, auto components, industrial goods, or manufacturing with good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. Interested candidates can send resumes on shaheens@datrax,in or wats appp (phone hidden)
