Hiring – Fabrication Lead
Location: Sanjan, Gujarat

Experience: 10–18 Years
Role Purpose:
To develop, optimize, and continuously improve fabrication processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance by implementing manufacturing best practices, technical expertise, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and monitor critical process parameters and prepare performance reports.
Validate fabrication and welding processes and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
Analyze process and quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor ongoing projects, identify risks/issues, and maintain relevant documentation.
Develop welder competency and promote a culture of fabrication excellence.
Conduct risk assessments for recent products, processes, and developments.
Review existing fabrication processes and SOPs and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
Lead Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Drive OEE improvement and ensure adherence to quality and process standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO documentation requirements and safety regulations.
Execute improvement projects within defined timelines and budgets.

✔ Kaizen, 5S & Lean Manufacturing
✔ APQP Tools, 8D Methodology & 7 QC Tools
✔ Process Validation & Continuous Improvement
✔ Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
✔ Health, Safety & Quality Standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in fabrication/manufacturing process engineering
- Strong technical understanding of fabrication drawings and applications
- Experience in welding process validation and implementation
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing and quality improvement tools
