Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Export Documentation qualified, preferably with experience in a CHA (Custom House Agent) firm. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates as per regulatory and client requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, shipping lines, customs, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and shipment processing. The position also requires maintaining records, tracking shipment status,



resolving documentation-related queries, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and company policies. The team member will support continuous improvement of documentation processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Export operations, including customs, shipping, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant experience in a CHA firm or freight forwarding/logistics environment.
- Familiarity with documentation software, MS Office, and basic data entry tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in logistics, international trade, or related field is an advantage.
