:

· MSc in Organic Chemistry with 3-8 years of CRO or API R&D; experience

· Should be able to work in bench and manage a few chemists

· Ability to deliver both R&D; and scale-up chemistry projects

· Should be positive in SciFinder and literature search

· Ability to interpret analytical data to confirm the target molecule

· Should have excellent communication & teamwork abilities
