The Green Acres Academy is hiring an Administrative Executive for our Talent, Learning and Culture (HR) team. We educate over 5,000 students across four campuses, and with a five-year plan to triple our size, we need someone to keep the engine of our people function running.

Working closely with the HR team, you'll coordinate recruitment, support onboarding and learning initiatives, maintain accurate records and contracts, and make sure our day-to-day HR operations run without a hitch. It's a role built on organization and follow-through, and it matters, because the teachers and leaders you help us hire and support are the people who stand in front of our students every day.

Responsibilities

- Build the HR function: Write and review SOPs and train team members on them, drive execution of strategic goals, and partner with the Data Analytics team to turn HR data into clear briefs and presentations.




- Bridge teams & partners: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Co-Founder’s office, school leaders, central operations team members, and external partners.
- Drive strategic projects: Plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects end to end.
- Back research & pilots: Support innovation work with the Acres Foundation Research Centre

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Positive planning, prioritization, and organization across many deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Fluent in operating Google Workspace and LLMs, and quick to pick up new technological tools.
