Role & responsibilities

- Ensure production targets and dispatch commitments are achieved as per business plan.
- Control plant operational cost and FG cost per MT (CPMT).
- Monitor and reduce material wastage across RM, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Packaging.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through productive production planning and timely dispatch.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers and contract labour.
- Manage overall preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Manage SAP Entry
- Manage Slow Moving stock & Dead Stock for Inventory Control.
- Smooth Coordination with Procurement team & Sales team for material arrangement and dispatched Planning.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education - BE (Mechanical)
- Experience - 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Product knowledge- Cement
- Behavioural Competencies - Ownership & Accountability, Learning Agility, Problem Solving
