Key Responsibilities
- Handle Import IGM filing accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with shipping lines for Delivery Order (DO) release.
- Manage complete import shipment documentation to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
- Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Process DO/IGM through ODeX and other shipping line/carrier portals.
- Follow up with shipping lines, customers, transporters, and internal teams for shipment closure.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with import procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in Import Operations / Freight Forwarding.
- Good knowledge of IGM filing, DO release, and import documentation.
- Working knowledge of ODeX and shipping line portals.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
