Role & Responsibilities

Retail Operations: Experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.

Coordination: Coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors.

Setting: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-footfall retail environment.

Merchandising: Basic understanding of visual merchandising, stock flow, and replenishment.

Stock Management: Track slow-moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.

Inventory Control: Ensure availability of retail merchandise across all counters without shortfall.

Forecasting: Analyze past sales trends to anticipate future product needs and prepare day-wise/month-wise forecasts.

Leadership: Duty allocation and manpower management.





Preferred Candidate Profile

Background: 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management. Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
