Job Title: Executive - QA

Location: Chennai Office

Reports to (Position): Manager - QA

Department/Function: Quality Assurance

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for developing and implementing the quality systems & safety norms and ensure always followed to assure process and products meeting the requirements of internal & external customers.

Major Responsibilities

- Monitoring and taking necessary actions for the reduction of TBR cured tyre scrap.
- Monitoring and taking necessary actions for the reduction of internal customer complaints.




- Ensuring the self-audit conducted as per plan and the gaps are arrested before external audit.
- Ensuring there is no near miss and first aid incidents to QA team by following safety behaviour.
- Monitoring stability and capability of CTC parameters and initiation of actions for not secure and not capable parameters.
- Ensuring 100% adherence for GDP preparation.
- Developing BQiP Projects for critical mixing processes.

Technical (Technical / Functional):

- Knowledge on mixing processes.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949.
- Knowledge on including core tools like FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP.
- Knowledge on 5S, Kaizen & QC Tools.
- QC Story Methodology.

Skills:

1. Interpersonal skill.
2. Leadership skills.

Relevant Experience: 4 - 6 Years Education Qualification(s): B.E/ B. Tech
