We are looking for an exceptional content professional to lead the growth of a high-potential Instagram account of a prominent Social Worker and Politician based in Gurgaon.

This is NOT a conventional Social Media Manager role.

We are looking for someone who understands why certain Instagram Reels get 100K, 1M, 5M or 10M+ views — and, more importantly, understands how content converts attention into followers.

The objective is to build one of India's most powerful public-interest/personal-brand Instagram accounts over the next 12 months.

The candidate may come from ANY of these backgrounds.

Political experience is NOT mandatory.

Someone who has helped build a major creator, YouTube channel, Instagram account, digital media property, documentary platform or entertainment personality is equally welcome.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop a high-growth Instagram content strategy
- Identify repeatable viral content formats
- Study India's fastest-growing Instagram accounts and understand WHY their content works
- Identify stories, situations and moments that can become high-performing Reels
- Develop recurring content franchises
- Convert everyday real-world situations into compelling short-form stories
- Develop strong hooks for the first 1–3 seconds of Reels
- Work closely with Creative Directors, field producers, cameramen and editors
- Decide which ideas deserve field coverage
- Turn one field situation into multiple content opportunities
- Analyse Reel performance and identify patterns
- Track views, retention, shares, saves, profile visits and follower conversion
- Identify which content generates followers rather than merely views
- Constantly experiment with new formats




- Identify emerging Instagram trends without blindly copying them
- Build a culture of rapid content experimentation
- Help create a system capable of producing high volumes of quality Reels
- Review successful and unsuccessful content every week and determine what should be repeated, modified or discontinued

THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL

You should be able to walk into a real-world situation and say:

"THIS is the Reel."

You should have an instinct for:

- What will make people stop scrolling
- What creates curiosity
- What creates emotion
- What creates surprise
- What creates discussion
- What people will share
- What makes someone visit the profile
- What makes someone follow

WHAT WE DO NOT WANT

We are NOT looking for someone whose primary experience is:

- Posting photographs
- Maintaining a content calendar
- Writing generic captions
- Posting political quotes
- Managing WhatsApp groups
- Coordinating agencies
- Running paid advertisements
- Creating routine event coverage

We already have production and editing capabilities.

We need someone who can dramatically improve the QUALITY OF IDEAS and the GROWTH OF THE ACCOUNT.

QUALIFICATION

Formal educational qualifications are secondary.

Demonstrated ability to create/grow exceptional social-media content is far more important.

LOCATION

Gurgaon / Gurugram.

The role requires substantial on-ground interaction and therefore candidates must be willing to work from Gurgaon.

COMPENSATION
