About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Executive – Operator with experience in operating plastic manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring quality production, maintaining equipment, following engineering drawings, and adhering to ISO and 5S standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate plastic machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine performance.
- Identify machine issues and coordinate timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized workplace by following 5S principles.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of tools, gauges, and equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to manufacture components accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Follow ISO standards, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain production records and quality documentation accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

- ITI / Diploma holder.
- 1–2 years of experience operating plastic manufacturing machines.
- Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance.
- Good understanding of 5S workplace practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality compliance.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
