? What You’ll Handle:

§ House BL submission to shipping lines as per required formats

§ Vessel tracking through shipping line websites

§ SCMTR / CSN filing

§ IGM tracking through ICEGATE





§ Coordination with shipping lines and internal teams

§ Ensuring accurate & timely documentation and follow-ups

? What We’re Looking For:

§ Experience in Shipping Documentation

§ Good understanding of House BL, SCMTR, CSN & IGM

§ Familiarity with ICEGATE & shipping line portals

§ Strong attention to detail and timelines

§ Valuable communication & coordination skills
