With a robust focus on education, research and innovation, SGT University provides a dynamic and growth-oriented academic environment. /n Position: Executive – Internal Audit & MIS /n SGT University is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Executive – Internal Audit & MIS. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Conduct departmental, operational, financial and compliance audits as per the approved audit plan.

/n

- Assist in preparing audit scopes, checklists and audit reports.

/n

- Identify gaps, discrepancies, irregularities and areas of non-compliance and report observations to seniors.

/n

- Conduct surprise checks related to inventory and financial activities across departments such as Transport, Mess and Hostel.

/n

- Coordinate with departments for MIS collection, validation and analysis.

/n





- Analyse departmental data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

/n

- Maintain proper documentation of audit observations, corrective actions and resolutions.

/n

- Prepare concise reports and presentations for management.

/n

- Participate in committee meetings and coordinate with various departments.

/n

- Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement and strengthening internal controls.

/n /n Candidate Profile /n /n

- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com + MBA Finance preferred.

/n

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Finance Audit, Compliance, MIS or Internal Controls.

/n

- Candidates with experience in the University/Education sector will be preferred.

/n

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, data analysis and reporting.

/n

- Good analytical, communication and documentation skills.

/n

- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

/n

- Willingness to conduct field/departmental checks as required.
