Ltd. is an EPC organization specializing in the execution of Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects, Environmental Infrastructure, Industrial Utilities, Process Systems, and Turnkey Engineering Solutions. The company delivers end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for government, industrial, and infrastructure projects across domestic and international markets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to support the growth of our International Business division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying international EPC opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating bids, supporting project acquisition in global markets, and ensuring compliance with international business practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Business Development

- Identify and develop new international business opportunities for EPC and turnkey infrastructure projects.
- Generate leads through market research, consultants, EPC contractors, government agencies, and international partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.

2. Tendering & Proposal Management

- Identify international tenders and project opportunities.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, RFQs, EOIs, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams during proposal preparation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with client requirements.

3. EPC Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal Engineering, Procurement, and Execution teams during bidding and project handover.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Track project opportunities from enquiry stage through award.

4. Export & Commercial Activities

- Coordinate export documentation, shipment planning, and logistics.
- Handle commercial documentation, Incoterms, payment terms, and contractual correspondence.




- Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and overseas clients.

5. Market Intelligence

- Conduct market research to identify emerging international markets.
- Track competitor activities and upcoming international infrastructure projects.
- Identify potential channel partners and strategic alliances.

6. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and proposals.

7. Partner & Consultant Management (New)

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international consultants, EPC contractors, channel partners, distributors, and business associates.
- Identify, appoint, and manage overseas representatives, agents, and strategic partners for business expansion.
- Coordinate with consultants and business partners to identify upcoming international opportunities.
- Evaluate partner performance and strengthen long-term strategic collaborations.

8. International Trade Compliance (New)

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export-import laws, customs requirements, sanctions, and statutory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with trade documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in international trade regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
- Support adherence to country-specific regulatory requirements during bidding, contracting, and project execution.

9. International Contract Management (Current)

- Support the review, negotiation, execution, and administration of international contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Legal, Commercial, Finance, and Project teams to ensure contractual compliance and effective risk management.
- Track contractual obligations, deliverables, payment milestones, and commercial terms throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support contract amendments,



claims, change orders, and resolution of contractual issues whenever required.

- Experience in international business development within an EPC organization.
- Strong understanding of international tenders, export-import procedures, trade compliance, and international project sales.
- Exposure to international contract management and consultant/partner coordination will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
