Reporting To - International Business Head

Experience - 1-4 years, preferably pharmaceutical export/international sales

Job Purpose To execute BBL's international customer acquisition and export operations under the direction of the International Business head, covering customer research, CRM management, outreach, enquiry handling, quotation coordination, order processing, export documentation and shipment coordination. The employee will convert the business strategy into daily execution and measurable pipeline activity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Database Development

- Research and maintain databases of:
- Pharmaceutical distributors
- Importers
- Wholesalers
- Marketing companies
- Tender companies where relevant
- Country
- Contact person
- Designation
- Email
- Telephone
- Website
- Product interest
- Regulatory status
- Communication history

2. Customer Outreach Execute approved BBL country/product campaigns through:

- Email
- Telephone
- LinkedIn
- Industry databases
- Distributor websites
- Exhibitions
- Referrals
- Other approved channels

Important: The employee does not independently decide which countries/products BBL enters.

That strategy comes from the International Business Lead/Management.

The employee executes the approved plan.

3. CRM Management

Maintain the complete pipeline

Lead Contacted Response Qualified Meeting Product Interest Documents Sample Registration Quotation Negotiation PO Shipment Payment Repeat Order

Every meaningful interaction must be recorded.

4. Enquiry Handling For each enquiry:

- Understand requirements
- Identify product




- Check availability
- Coordinate supplier information
- Check regulatory feasibility with RA
- Obtain costing
- Prepare quotation
- Obtain internal approval
- Send quotation
- Follow up
- Update CRM

5. Export Order Execution

Coordinate:

Customer PO Order review Supplier/manufacturer Artwork Production QA documentation Packing Logistics Shipment Customer documents Delivery Payment

6. Export Documentation Coordination

Coordinate preparation/checking of applicable:

- Proforma Invoice
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- COA
- Shipping documents
- AWB / BL
- Customer-specific documents
- Manufacturer documents
- Other export documents

The employee should understand who prepares, who verifies and who approves each document. 7. Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with

- Manufacturer
- Freight forwarder
- CHA/customs broker where applicable
- Courier
- Customer
- Finance
- Internal team

Track:

- production completion
- dispatch
- pickup
- shipment
- documentation
- customs/export milestones
- delivery
- proof of delivery

8. Payment Follow-Up Coordinate with finance/customer regarding:

- advance payment
- outstanding payment
- payment confirmation




- shipment release where applicable
- overdue receivables

9. QMS Compliance Follow BBL's approved procedures for:

- Customer qualification
- Enquiry management
- Quotation
- Order review
- Document control
- Shipment
- Complaints
- Returns
- Recall support
- Record retention

WHO's GDP framework specifically identifies documentation, dispatch, transportation, complaints, recalls, returns and contract activities as controlled distribution activities.

Monthly starting targets - Subject to calibration with time

- 8-12 qualified meetings/month

Candidate Profile

Mandatory

- 1-4 years international pharma sales/export experience
- Understanding of distributors/importers
- Good written and spoken English
- Excel/CRM proficiency
- Basic export documentation knowledge
- Strong follow-up ability
