Min Qualification:Bachelors in Medicine/ Allied healthcare with Masters in Public Health

Add Qualification:Prior experience in auditing, compliance, governance, or risk management. Experience working in the nonprofit sector.

Min Experience:More than 2 Years

Desirable Experience: Experience of working within Government department will be preferred

Computer Knowledge:Basic Computer Operation, MS Office, Basic Analysis

Languages:English, Hindi, Gujarati

- Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



and ensure adherence to quality standards through regular internal supportive supervision visits.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by developing action plans based on audit findings and field observations.
- Review and strengthen processes and protocols in alignment with medico-legal requirements and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Investigate non-compliance issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Design and implement learning and capacity-building plans for project staff to enhance technical and operational competencies.
- Develop concise learning briefs and generate actionable insights based on field-level observations and program data.
