About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Founder. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a quick-paced setting.

The role involves managing the Founders schedule, meetings, travel, correspondence, follow-ups, and confidential matters while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record MoMs, and track follow-ups.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track important action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business documents, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, and special projects.
- Manage travel expenses, reimbursements,



and administrative documentation.
- Conduct research and compile information required for business decisions.
- Handle confidential business and personal information with complete discretion.
- Provide proactive support to the Founder on high-priority tasks and ad-hoc requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting a Founder, CEO, MD, Director, or senior executive.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to manage domestic and international travel requirements.
