- 6LPA Job Summary The Executive Assistant (EA) to Directors is responsible for providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and effective time management. The role requires strong coordination across departments, confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and proactive planning to support business priorities. The EA will act as a key liaison between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, follow-ups, and execution of critical tasks aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative &
• Personal Management Manage bills, payments, and renewals (e.g., insurance, subscriptions, utilities) Book and coordinate appointments (medical, skincare, travel, etc.) Oversee home maintenance activities and vendor coordination Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups with all stakeholders 2. Calendar &
• Scheduling Manage individual and shared calendars efficiently Schedule meetings, block time strategically, and avoid conflicts Coordinate across personal and professional commitments 3. Research &
• Decision Support Conduct research and present 2–3 well-evaluated options (not exhaustive lists) Include clear pros/cons to support decision-making Research and shortlist hotels, flights, and experiences based on preferences 4. Communication &
• Documentation Draft emails, notes, and internal communication Structure documents and presentations for review Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications 5. Coordination &
• Stakeholder Management Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution Act as a buffer between the Director and reportees to streamline communication and reduce noise Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information Key Skills and Experience · Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification preferred. · 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in real estate or a similar quick-paced industry. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools. · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, handle confidential data, and work under pressure.
