Key Responsibilities

Product Specifications

- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure products are specified for projects.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and drawings for product inclusion in tenders.

Technical Presentations

- Conduct technical presentations and workshops for stakeholders, explaining product applications and benefits.
- Address and resolve technical queries related to product usage.

3.

Relationship Management

- Build solid relationships with architects, structural consultants, contractors,

and government authorities.

- Ensure product specifications are aligned with client requirements and industry standards.

4.

Business Development Support

- Work with the sales team to convert specifications into business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow the specification bank,



ensuring a competitive edge in project approvals.

5.

Market Analysis

- Track competitor activities and new trends in project specifications and materials.
- Suggest improvements to enhance product appeal and market reach.

6.

Strategic Focus

- Focus on ABI (Architects, Builders, Infrastructure) for long-term partnerships and specification approvals.

Requirements

Experience - 2-3 years in product specification and technical coordination, preferably exposure in Architects, Consultants, PMC etc.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred) or MBA in

Marketing. Technical knowledge is an advantage.
