Job Title: Executive Accounts Payable & Banking

Location: Mahape, Ghansoli

Work Timing:

- Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday Work from Home (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Transport:

- Pick-up and drop facility available from Ghansoli Station

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage billing and invoicing activities.
- Handle GST and TDS related compliance and filing.
- Record and process purchase bookings and expense bookings accurately.
- Perform stock reconciliation and ensure inventory records are up to date.
- Maintain cash book entries and ensure proper accounting of all cash transactions.
- Work on Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams,



and auditors for financial data and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting operations.
- Proficiency in SAP-B1 and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
