JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books for accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management reports.
- Handle GST, GST returns, TDS, PT, PF & ESIC compliance.
- Prepare regular financial and management reporting.
- Maintain and review Balance Sheet, P&L; and other financial statements.
- Coordinate and support statutory/internal audits and provide required documentation.
- Manage petty cash transactions, expenses and reconciliations.
- Maintain and track Director's expenses, reimbursements and related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
- Ensure timely recording and verification of all accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders as required.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books, MIS

Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC

Good knowledge of MIS and financial reporting

Experience in Balance Sheet preparation and maintenance

Experience handling petty cash and employee/director expenses

CA Firm experience preferred

Audit experience will be an added advantage

Valuable communication, analytical and reconciliation skills

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
