Vacancy for Head of Operations ( Events and Experiential Industry Background)

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 10–15+ Years in Corporate Event Management / Event Production

What You’ll Do

As the Head of Operations, you will drive operational strategy, project delivery, and financial performance across all corporate events. Your primary focus areas will include:

Strategic Operations & Leadership: Oversee the entire Operations department, set SOPs and workflows, and lead/mentor Operations Managers and Executives.

Production & Execution: Review and approve production plans, BOQs, technical setups, fabrication, branding installations, and logistics.

Budgeting & Profitability: Manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive project profitability.

Vendor & Partner Ecosystem: Strategic vendor selection, negotiation of commercial agreements, and quality performance management.

Client & Venue Alignment:



Participate in key client meetings, evaluate venue feasibility, and handle critical operational escalations.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure venue guidelines, safety standards, and contingency plans are flawlessly implemented.

Innovation: Introduce cutting-edge production technologies and automate operational processes.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (PMP/Event Management certifications are a plus).

Core Competencies: Expertise in Corporate Event Production, Fabrication & Technicals, Budgeting/Cost Control, and Vendor Negotiation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
