HELM Experiential is looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Event Production Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate should have solid technical and operational knowledge, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to translate creative concepts into seamlessly executed on-ground experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage end-to-end production for corporate events, brand launches, experiential activations, exhibitions and large-format events
- Translate creative concepts and designs into practical production plans
- Prepare BOQs, production schedules, technical layouts and cost estimates
- Coordinate with fabrication, décor, AV, lighting, sound, staging and other technical partners
- Conduct venue recce visits and assess technical, logistical and operational requirements
- Negotiate with vendors while maintaining quality, timelines and budget discipline
- Supervise fabrication, installation, rehearsals, event execution and dismantling
- Ensure all production elements meet approved designs, safety standards and quality benchmarks
- Anticipate operational challenges and provide effective on-ground solutions
- Work closely with creative, client servicing and operations teams
- Maintain project documentation, vendor records and post-event reconciliation

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event production or experiential marketing
- Strong understanding of fabrication, staging, AV, lighting, décor and event infrastructure
- Experience managing multiple vendors, venues and production teams
- Ability to read technical drawings, layouts and production specifications
- Strong budgeting, negotiation and project-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for events when required
- Calm, responsible and decisive under pressure
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools would be an advantage
