About the Role

We’re looking for an organized and enthusiastic Event Planner Intern to support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, product launches, and social gatherings. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, vendor management, and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with event concepts, schedules, budgets, and checklists.
- Research venues, vendors, catering services, and entertainment options.
- Coordinate with suppliers and track deliveries and deadlines.
- Support invitations, guest registration, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
- Help prepare event materials, presentations, signage, and promotional content.
- Assist with venue setup, event-day coordination, and post-event cleanup.
- Track expenses, collect attendee feedback, and prepare post-event reports.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid organizational, communication,



and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work with different teams.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.
- Previous college event, volunteer, or hospitality experience is a plus; professional experience is not required.
