- Estimation Engineer with knowledge of costing for Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Agitators and Distillation Columns used in Process Industries like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Food and Beverage.

- Ability to interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works, etc.

- Mechanical Design knowledge of above equipment.

- Knowledge of statutory requirements, U Stamp, TEMA, CE/PED.

- Feasibility study of manufacturing

- Knowledge of various material of construction (MOC) used in fabrication.

- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes involved in the equipment fabrication.

- Shall have positive contacts with resources for raw materials, bought out items.

- Knowledge for calculating project lead-time.

- Shall be able to calculate the manpower requirement for manufacturing.

- Shall be able to identify the Critical points in manufacturing and incorporate that in estimation.





- Shall be aware of commercial terms in quotations and proposals.

- Assist the Sales Team on technical matters and costing during the process of securing the contract.

- To attend the technical meeting with clients during the tendering process.

- Prepare handover report for the award project and follow through Post Order Correspondence

- Monitors current competitive prices, new techniques, and cost trends.

- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail within calculations, checking and summarizing.

- Teamwork abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering

- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar industry and similar profile.
